Sally Latona
Sally Latona is a dedicated social worker, advocate, and compassionate leader with a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and strengthening communities. Born and raised in a close-knit family, Sally has built her life around care, resilience, and service to others.
As a professional in adult social care services, Sally has devoted her career to helping vulnerable adults access the support, dignity, and opportunities they need to thrive. Her work is driven by empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
Sally is also a proud mother of two boys. Alongside raising her biological son, she became a Special Guardian to her second son, a role she embraces with unconditional love and dedication. Family remains at the heart of everything she does, providing the strength and inspiration behind her passion for helping others.
Outside of her professional life, Sally enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. She is also actively involved in volunteering within her local church community, where she continues to serve and support others with compassion and purpose.
Sally’s passion for C&B is deeply personal. As a survivor of domestic abuse, she understands firsthand the fear, isolation, and challenges many women face. Her experiences have inspired her to help create a safe and supportive environment where women can find practical support, healing, and hope for the future.
She believes every woman deserves to feel valued, empowered, and supported on their journey toward recovery and independence. Sally envisions C&B becoming a beacon of hope for women and families in need, offering not only immediate support and refuge but also long-term pathways to confidence, stability, and independence.
Through compassion, empowerment, and community, she hopes C&B will help women rebuild their lives, strengthen their families, and create positive change that reaches far beyond their individual experiences
